The Partner Perks program lets you earn points redeemable for awards each time you take steps to grow your non-cash incentive and recognition business with Hinda.

You'll earn points for:

  • Learning about incentives
  • Targeting prospective clients
  • Conducting joint sales calls with your Hinda Business Development Director (BDD)
  • Making capabilities presentations
  • Proposing solutions to customers
  • Selling new programs.

Plus, you can multiply your point earnings based on your organization's annual Hinda billings.

You must complete two online training modules to activate your program earnings. After completing the two modules will have earned 5,000 points and all of your earnings will be activated for redemption.

Then you can earn for Summit Attendance and other Professional Development.

Earn 400 points each for targeting ten accounts. And earn 5,000 points for each joint call you make with your Hinda Business Development Director (BDD). There is a limit of one award per account, but use your BDD to call on as many accounts as you like.

Presentations and proposals are important steps to the sale. We will award you points for making both capabilities presentations and proposals. What's the difference?  Capabilities presentations show a prospect what you can do for them or your incentive and recognition capabilities. A proposal, formerly called a solutions presentation, addresses a specific problem and includes a budget estimate. When the client agrees to the budget and signs a proposal or contract, we'll reward you even more.
