Program Rules

Overview

The Hinda Partner Perks program allows eligible Hinda reseller partners to earn points redeemable for awards found in the Hinda online awards portfolio.  The program is only available to authorized Hinda partner resellers with a fully executed Hinda Partner Program License and Confidentiality Agreement on file with Hinda.  Program information may be found at hindapartnerperks.com.  Eligible Hinda Partners will receive an email invitation requiring they enter a program password.  After keying in their program password, partners will immediately be logged into the site and enrolled in Hinda Partner Perks.

The program allows enrolled partners to review and complete the training requirements for the program under the “My Learning” portion of the program and claim eligible activities by entering the required information through the system. The system will score any training requirements and automatically issue the appropriate points based on the program rules. 

Activity claims will be reviewed by Hinda and may be approved, denied or returned for additional information based on the claim and the program rules at the time of submission.  When activities are approved, the appropriate points will be deposited into the individual Partner’s Perks account based on the rules at the time of approval. Denied activities or those requiring additional information will include a reason for the denial or a request for the additional information sent from Hinda Partner Perks headquarters directly to the submitting partner via email. Submissions requesting additional information or initially denied have 30 days from the email date to either provide the requested information or provide information on the denial which Hinda may consider in reversing the decision to deny the original submission. Once received, the original submission my either be approved or denied, in which case Hinda will provide a reason for the denial.  All decisions regarding claims submissions of Hinda Partner Perks Program Headquarters are final.

Some continuing education and steps to success activities may not require partners to submit claims but may require partners to submit information to their Hinda Business Development Director. Partners who receive points for these activities will, however, still need to complete any required training to activate their points for redemption.

• Attending the Hinda Partner Summit does not require the partner to submit a claim or take any additional actions to earn their points for attending.  Hinda will track attendance and reward all enrolled Partner Perks member with points following the end of the Summit.  Please allow 30 days for earnings to appear in your account following the Hinda Summit.
• Hinda Partner Perks members who hold or acquire the Incentive Marketing Association’s (IMA) Incentive Professional (IP) designation or the IMA’s Certified Professional of Incentive Management designation will earn points for achieving these honors.  Members already holding these accreditations must send their assigned Hinda Business Development Director a copy of their accreditation certificate via email to receive their points. Members interested in acquiring these designations should review the information on the IMA website at www.incentivemarketing.com under “Accreditations”. Once you have achieved your accreditation or provided a copy of your certificate if you already are accredited, Hinda Partner Perks Headquarters will post the appropriate points to your individual account. Please allow 30 days for points to be posted.
• New program sales or contract earnings do not require the Partner Perks Member to enter a claim. New program sales should be communicated to your Hinda BDD.  The BDD will enter any new program contract information and inform Hinda Partner Perks Headquarters.  Points for a new signed contract will be awarded as soon as possible as Hinda Partner Perks Headquarters is notified. Please allow 30 days after informing the BDD of the new sale or contract for points to appear in your Hinda Partner Perks account.

Program Dates:                January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2022

• Eligible activities completed between 12:00 a.m. CST January 1, 2021 and 11:59 p.m. CST December 31, 2022 may be claimed for rewards by the Hinda Partner Perks member through the Hinda Partner Perks website at hindapartnerperks.com.  
• You may submit activities for the program year until 11:59 p.m. CST January 31, 2023. This will be the final cut-off for submissions for the program.

Hinda Partner Perks Points

Points have no cash value or value of any kind except for the redemption of awards through the Hinda Partner Perks website. Points may not be assigned, transferred, or pledged. Points earned through Hinda Partner Perks program may only be redeemed for rewards in the Hinda Partner Perks website.  

Points earned for eligible activities during the program period will expire at 12:00 a.m. CST April 1, 2023.  Any points remaining in Hinda Partner Perks accounts after that time are forfeited.  

Hinda Partner Perks members are solely responsible for any taxes that may be owed as a result of points redeemed in the program. Please consult your tax advisor if you have tax questions. Hinda does not provide tax advice.

Additional Legal Disclosures

• The Hinda Partner Perks program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Hinda reserves the right to correct errant point values represented on the site at our sole discretion.
• Hinda may, at our sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate the Hinda Partner Perks or any aspects or features of the program at any time without prior notice.
• All interpretations of program rules shall be at Hinda’s sole discretion
• Limitation and Release of Liability – By participating in Hinda Partner Perks, and accepting and using Hinda Partner Perks awards earned through the program, members or any other beneficiary of the program release, discharge and hold harmless Hinda and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, administrators, employees, officers, directors, successors and assignees from all claims, damages or liability including, but not limited to, physical injury or death, arising out of participation in the program or travel taken or use of products purchased in connection with the program. 

Income Taxes

The IRS considers merchandise and travel awards earned in the Hinda Partner Perks program as taxable to the individual earning the award. Hinda will, therefore, request your Social Security Number (SSN) or business Tax Identification Number (TIN) when you first redeem the points you have earned in the program for awards. Your SSN or TIN will only be requested once and will be maintained in a secure and encrypted format. Reseller partners who redeem $600 or more during a given calendar year will receive a Form 1099 showing the total dollars in awards redeemed during said calendar year. We recommend consulting your tax specialist for more information.  

• Earn a total of 2,500 Points for each of the two required Hinda training course. 
  • Completing both required Hinda training course is REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE POINTS. 
  • You can still earn points for other activities, but your points will not be active for redemption until you complete this requirement.
  • To complete this requirement:
    • Go to “My Learning” on the Hinda Partner Perks Website.
    • View Parts 1 and 2 of “Selling Incentives, Engagement and Recognition and Corporate Gifting” and take the two quizzes associated with each part of the course.
    • The system will instantly score each quiz immediately after you click the “Submit” button. 
    • You must score 100% on each quiz to satisfy this requirement.
    • They system will highlight any questions you answered incorrectly.
    • You may take the quiz as many times as required to satisfy this requirement.
  • Upon completion of both quizzes with a score of 100% on each, all points earned in the program will be activated and available to redeem for awards.

• Earn 4,000 Points for attending the Hinda Partner Summit in 2022
  • Details of the 2022 Partner Summit will be announced later in the year. But each attendee regardless of whether the 2022 Hinda Summit is a live or virtual event will earn when they attend.

• Earn 5,000 Points for receiving the Incentive Marketing Association's (IMA) Incentive Professional (IP) designation
  • Partners who have already earned their IP designation or earn it during the program period are eligible to earn.
  • If you have already earned your IP designation, send a copy of your certificate to your Hinda BDD. The BDD will inform Partner Perks program headquarters who will issue 5,000 points into your account.
  • Members interested in acquiring their IP designation should review the information on the IMA website at www.incentivemarketing.com under “Accreditations” to learn more.
  • Members should also contact their Hinda BDD to learn about available support Hinda offers Partners to sponsor all or a portion of any IMA examination fees.
  • Inform your Hinda BDD upon attaining your IP designation by either emailing a copy of the certificate or forwarding IMA’s email of your successful passing of the IP examination
  • The Hinda BDD will inform Partner Perks Headquarters who will issue your points for achieving your IP certification.​

• Earn 10,000 Points for receiving the IMA's Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) designation
  • If you have already your CPIM designation, send a copy of your certificate to your Hinda BDD. The BDD will inform Partner Perks Program Headquarters who will issue 10,000 points into your account.
  • Members interested in acquiring their CPIM designation should review the information on the IMA website at www.incentivemarketing.com under “Accreditations” to learn more.
  • Inform your Hinda BDD upon earning your CPIM designation by either emailing a copy of the certificate or forwarding IMA’s email of your successfully being awarded the CPIM designation.
  • The Hinda BDD will inform Partner Perks Headquarters who will issue your points for achieving your CPIM certification.

Hinda Partner Perks members earn points for these eligible activities in the Build Your Funnel category.

• Earn 400 Points for each target account or company claimed in 2022 up to a maximum of 4,000 Points or ten total accounts. ​
  • Target accounts must be companies and a submission must include a contact name and the contact’s title.
  • Each target account claimed must be a separate company or division of a company.
  • Once you have claimed ten target accounts for a total earning of 4,000 points additional target account claims will be denied.
  • Target accounts must be claimed by the Perks member at the Partner Perks website. Hover over the “Claim Your Activities” menu and click on “Target Accounts” to submit your claims.
  • Note:  2022 Target Accounts are in addition to the maximum of 5 target accounts participants could claim from Jan 1 - Dec. 31, 2021.  Participants may begin submitting 2022 Target Accounts on December, 15, 2021.

• Earn 5,000 Points for each joint sales call conducted with your Hinda Business Development Director
  • A joint sales call may be a phone conference, online meeting or a face-to-face meeting.
  • There is a limit of one payout per account/company.
  • Joint sales calls must be claimed by the Perks member at the Partner Perks website. Hover over the “Claim Your Activities” menu and click on “Joint Calls” to submit your claims.

As you continue working with your prospects, you will earn more points for taking these steps-to-success.

• Earn 2,000 Points for each Capabilities Presentation
  • A capabilities presentation does not need to include either a specific client issue or program budget to be a valid claim. 
  • Capabilities presentations must be claimed by the Perks member at the Partner Perks website. Hover over the “Claim Your Activities” menu and click on “Capabilities Presentations” to submit your claims. You must save your presentation as a pdf prior to your submission and attach it to your claim in the system.

• Earn 5,000 Points for each Proposal
  • A proposal must address a specific issue or program for the client and include an estimated budget. 
  • Proposals must be claimed by the Perks member at the Partner Perks website. Hover over the “Claim Your Activities” menu and click on “Proposals” to submit your claims. You must save your proposal as a pdf prior to your submission and attach it to your claim in the system.

• Earn 8,000 Points for each Signed Contract
  • When a customer agrees to implement a proposal and signs a contract, the participating reseller partner will earn 8,000 points.
  • The Hinda Business Development Director must be sent a copy of the signed contract.
  • Upon receipt of the contract and acceptance by Hinda, the Hinda BDD will inform Partner Perks Headquarters who will issue the appropriate 8,000 points into the account of the participating reseller partner.
